Car chassis
This tank car is modified from the type II chassis of Dongfeng Company and FAW Automobile Group. The structure of the second class chassis used by each product is detailed in the attached "Vehicle Chassis Instruction Manual".
Tank body
The structure of the tank is elliptic cylinder or trapezoidal cylinder, made of high-quality steel plate, the whole tank body is divided into two compartments and four chambers (or multi-compartments and multi-compartments), the lower end of the middle partition is provided with a hole, and the middle of each bin is welded to strengthen the anti-wave partition to reduce the oil in the tank when the car is driving

Breather valve
In order to ensure that the pressure in the tank is basically consistent with the atmospheric pressure during the working process of the refueling truck, a breathing valve is installed on the large cover of the tank. When the oil in the tank is heated and expanded or when the oil is refueled in the tank with the oil pump, the oil level in the tank rises and the pressure increases, and when the pressure in the tank is higher than that in the tank
When the external pressure is 8KPa, the valve plate on the breathing valve is opened; When the oil is discharged from the oil pump or the oil is cooled and contracted, the oil level drops and the pressure decreases. When the pressure in the tank is lower than the external pressure by 3KPa, the lower valve plate of the breathing valve opens. Ball valve
The valve used in this car is a ball valve with a structure. The ball valve is composed of valve body adjusting seat, sealing ring, ball, stem handle and other parts. The ball valve can be switched on and off by turning the handle 90°, and the ball valve can be rotated and adjusted with tightness to meet the requirements.

Installed on the rear tank foot of the refueling truck, often maintain contact with the ground, its role is to introduce the static electricity generated by the impact of the oil or the static electricity generated in the work of the refueling machine and generator into the ground at any time, so as to prevent the static electricity generated by static electricity
