How it Works

Combustion Reaction: LNG/LPG burns with oxygen, producing CO₂, HO vapor and heat.


Gas Treatment: Flue gas passes through a cooling tower and desulfurization column to remove impurities.


Gas Compression: Purified CO₂is compressed to 8 bar by a CO₂ compressor.


Pre-cooling: A pre-cooler lowers the compressed CO₂ temperature to 5–10 °C.


Adsorption Drying: Pre-cooled CO₂flows through an adsorption dryer to remove residual moisture.


Deep Cooling: A mixed-refrigerant heat exchanger cools the dried CO₂to its liquefaction point.


Storage & Supply: Liquefied CO₂is stored in a cryogenic tank, ready for delivery.
