1. Preparation before use
(1) Insert the conductive rod into the ground, so that it is "grounded", if the ground is dry, you can boil water to make it wet, to ensure good grounding. Check the ground chain to make contact with the ground.
(2) Open the door of the oil truck control box, check the handle of each valve, and make it contact with the ground.
(3) When the oil pump is used for the first time and there is no oil in the pump, it should be refueled in advance, and 10 liters of oil can be added through the oil inlet.
(4) Check the lubricating oil level in the transmission box to the lower edge of the plug hole to the oil surface, and add gear oil when insufficient.
(5) Check the transmission joystick so that it is in neutral position, check the position of the control handle of the force takeout box, so that it is horizontal to the right position, so that it is horizontal to the right position, check the throttle controller, so that it is minimal.
2. Operation of oil pump and force extractor
(1) Start the connection of the relevant pipe, start the engine, when the original pressure gauge reading reaches 0.3Mpa, step on the clutch pedal, open the power box control switch, slowly release the clutch (too fast will damage the power take-up and gearbox), so that it is in gear. Through the throttle controller, the working speed of the oil pump can be controlled.
(2) Stop pushing the throttle controller, adjust it to the minimum, step on the clutch pedal, and pull the force extractor control switch back to the original position, so that the force extractor box is out of gear.
3. Check after use
(1) Check whether the control switch of the force extractor is returned, and check whether the throttle controller is in the minimum position.
(2) Check the position of the valve handle, which is closed.
(3) Close the control box door.
(4) Withdraw the pole and fix it in place.
(5) Control of oil circuit system.
4. Instructions for operation operation
(1) Add oil to the tank
The oil is fed through the oil pump, and its operating procedure is: connect A tubing at the oil inlet, connect the oil source, and adjust the three-way ball valve A to the position as shown in the figure (note: Close in the direction opposite to the pit of the three-way ball valve), close the through ball valve B, C and small through ball valve E, open the through ball valve D, open the force extractor switch, so that the oil pump can start to work, and switch back when the work stops.
(2) Oil from inside to outside the tank
Adjust the three-way ball valve A to the position as shown in the figure (note: the direction of the three-way ball valve pit is closed), close the through ball valve C, D and small through ball valve E, open the through ball valve B, open the force extractor switch, so that the oil pump can start to work, and switch back when the work stops.
Working oil circuit: oil through the tank, three-way ball valve A, filter, pump, oil outlet (where C, D, E closed).
(3) From inside the tank to outside the tank through the refueling machine
Adjust the three-way ball valve A to the position as shown in the figure (note: the direction of the three-way ball valve pit is closed), close the through ball valve B, C, D, open the small through ball valve E, open the force extractor switch, so that the oil pump can start to work, you can from the tank to the tank through the tanker, switch back when stop working.
Special note: When the oil truck with the oil tanker is refueling outwards, the idle speed can not be too large, so as to avoid excessive pressure damage to the oil pump and the oil tanker.
