20 cubic meters cryogenic liquid carbon dioxide storage tank
The 20 cubic meter cryogenic liquid carbon dioxide storage tank is a vacuum insulated pressure vessel specially used for storing liquid carbon dioxide (temperature about -20℃ to -30℃, pressure 0.7~2.5MPa). It adopts a double-layer structure (liner + shell), with the middle layer vacuumed and filled with insulation materials (such as pearl sand or multi-layer winding insulation layer) to ensure ultra-low thermal conductivity, suitable for long-term storage and transportation.
Core design features
- Insulation performance:
Vacuum multilayer insulation (VIP) or high vacuum powder insulation, daily evaporation rate ≤0.3%~0.5%.
Radiation-proof screen design to reduce heat penetration.
- Material safety:
Inner liner: austenitic stainless steel (such as S30408/S31603), resistant to low-temperature corrosion.
Casing: carbon steel (Q345R) or stainless steel, anti-corrosion coating on the outer surface.
- Pressure control:
Equipped with safety valve, bursting disc, pressure/temperature sensor, the working pressure is usually 1.6~2.16MPa.
Optional self-pressurization system for easy liquid output.
- Structural optimization:
Vertical or horizontal design (according to site requirements), bottom support/saddle anti-seismic design.
The pipeline system includes liquid/gas phase interface, pressure relief valve, and liquid level gauge (magnetic flap or radar type).
