Liquid nitrogen cryogenic semi-trailer is mainly used to store and transport liquid nitrogen. The boiling point of liquid nitrogen under normal pressure is -196℃, so this tanker needs to have good insulation performance to keep the liquid nitrogen in a low temperature state. It is widely used in various occasions that require liquid nitrogen, such as medical, scientific research, industry and other fields.
Tank structure: The tank of a liquid nitrogen cryogenic semi-trailer usually adopts a multi-layer insulation structure to effectively reduce heat conduction and heat convection and maintain the low temperature of the liquid nitrogen in the tank. The tank is equipped with a stainless steel liner for direct contact and storage of liquid nitrogen.
Material selection: The liner material is usually made of high-quality stainless steel (such as S30408) to ensure its corrosion resistance and strength. The outer liner may be made of materials such as carbon steel to provide sufficient structural strength and protection.
