Control of Liquid Carbon Dioxide Filling Process
1. Filling personnel must hold certificates and operate according to the prescribed filling process regulations.
2. Confirm that the tanker has been inspected and qualified before filling.
3. Tank trucks should park at designated locations, turn off the car engine and brake with the handbrake, cut off the vehicle's main power supply, and use anti-skid blocks to cushion the wheels to prevent the vehicle from sliding.
4. Before starting the homework, the safety grounding wire should be connected, and the pipeline and pipe joints must be securely connected.
5. The first tank truck to be filled with carbon dioxide must be replaced before filling, and the purity of the liquid phase CO2 after replacement must be ≥ 99.9%.
6. The filling amount shall not exceed the maximum allowable filling weight, and overloading is strictly prohibited. If there is overloading, it must be handled immediately and properly, otherwise it is strictly prohibited to leave the station.
7. When filling, slowly open the valve, pay attention to the filling speed and pressure, and observe and monitor for any abnormal sounds inside the tanker. Check the sealing condition and temperature of each part. If any abnormal situations are found, they should be promptly addressed
