During the event, Professor Hu Guoheng from Henan Normal University was invited to give a lecture on the theme of "Finding the Exit of Life, Enterprise Development and Resilience Building under the Global Economic Changes and AI Revolution". Professor Hu analyzed the current economic situation from the aspects of economic changes, leverage cycles, AI revolution, enterprise development, and resilience building, and discussed the way for enterprises to survive. Through the training, management cadres learned about the current status of national economic development and various influencing factors, and strengthened their confidence to work hard in their respective jobs, injecting momentum into the steady and progressive development of enterprises.

Then the heads of each department gave a summary report on the half-year work of the department in turn, and brainstormed in groups. Each group reflected on several topics raised by the deputy general manager Su, combined with the actual work, and expressed their opinions.
