6 cubic meters gas buffer tank
The design of the 6 cubic meter gas buffer tank aims at "pressure stabilization, safety and efficiency", and its structure can be divided into three core parts:
1.Tank design:
- Volume and material: The tank volume is 6 cubic meters, usually made of carbon steel (Q345R) or stainless steel (304/316L), taking into account both strength and corrosion resistance.
- Pressure bearing capacity: The design pressure is generally 1.0-3.0MPa (customized according to the characteristics of the medium), which meets the needs of high-pressure gas storage.
- Shape optimization: The cylindrical + elliptical head design is adopted to reduce stress concentration and extend the service life.
2.Pressure stabilization mechanism:
- The buffer tank achieves pressure stabilization through the "storage-release" dynamic balance: when the system pressure increases, the gas enters the tank for storage; when the pressure decreases, the gas in the tank is released and supplemented to smooth the pressure fluctuation.
- A gas distributor can be equipped inside to ensure uniform gas in and out and avoid local pressure shock.
3.Safety accessories:
- Pressure gauge, safety valve: real-time monitoring of the pressure in the tank, automatic pressure relief when overpressure occurs.
- Liquid level meter (optional): used for liquid gas buffer tanks to monitor liquid level.
- Drain valve: regularly drain condensed water or impurities in the tank to keep the gas pure.
