Today our 30 cubic meter cryogenic liquid carbon dioxide storage tanks are about to be exported to Southeast Asia.
The 30 cubic meter cryogenic liquid carbon dioxide storage tanks produced this time have been successfully delivered and will soon be exported to Southeast Asia. This export marks the further expansion of China's high-end cryogenic storage and transportation equipment in the Southeast Asian market, providing key support for the region's green energy transformation and industrial development.
The model of this batch of storage tanks is CFL-30/2.16, which adopts a double-layer vacuum insulation structure, with a design pressure of 2.16MPa and an operating temperature as low as -40°C, which can safely store liquid carbon dioxide. The inner liner of the storage tank is made of 16MnDR low-temperature steel, and the outer shell is made of Q245R material. It is welded by submerged arc welding process and X-ray inspection is used to ensure the quality of the weld. In order to improve the insulation performance, the storage tank is filled with high-quality pearlescent sand and adopts negative pressure filling and positive pressure compaction process. The vacuum degree of the interlayer is verified by helium mass spectrometry leak detection, and the evaporation loss rate is lower than the industry standard. In addition, the storage tank is equipped with a combined safety system valve, a differential pressure level gauge and a vacuum detection device to achieve full process safety monitoring.
