The installation and completion of cryogenic liquid storage tanks, vaporizers and supporting facilities
The low-temperature liquid storage tank system installed this time adopts the internationally leading double-layer vacuum insulation technology. The tank body design pressure covers 0.8MPa to 2.5MPa. It can safely store low-temperature media such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon. The storage temperature is as low as -196℃, and the average daily evaporation rate is less than 0.1%, reaching the industry-leading level. The supporting vaporizer equipment adopts a series process of air-temperature + water bath, with gasification efficiency increased by 40%, and the temperature stability error of the outlet gas is controlled within ±2℃ to meet the needs of high-precision industrial gas.
The project's supporting facilities include intelligent monitoring systems, explosion-proof safety devices and emergency shutdown valve groups, etc., real-time upload of full-link data, automatic leakage alarm and emergency linkage treatment. The safety performance has been certified by the National Special Equipment Inspection Center, laying a solid foundation for the long-term and stable operation of the project.
