20 cubic cryogenic tanks are about to be exported
Today I will introduce this 20 cubic meter cryogenic liquid storage tank - it is the core equipment of our cryogenic storage system, widely used in the safe storage and supply of industrial gases such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon. Austenitic stainless steel (such as 304/316L) is used to ensure corrosion resistance and sealing in low temperature environments. Wrapped in a carbon steel shell and filled with pearlescent sand insulation material in the middle, the vacuum multi-layer insulation technology controls the daily evaporation rate to ≤0.2%, greatly reducing the medium loss. Equipped with a pressure gauge, liquid level gauge, safety valve, bursting disc and emergency shut-off valve, real-time monitoring and automatic pressure relief to ensure zero overpressure risk. With high reliability, low energy consumption and intelligence as its core advantages, it provides stable protection for the industrial gas supply chain.
