This batch of tanks is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB150 "Pressure Vessel", GB/T18442 "Fixed Vacuum Insulated Cryogenic Pressure Vessel" and ASME standards, with a working pressure of 2.16MPa and a design temperature as low as -196℃, which can ensure long-term stable operation. Its compact structure (outer diameter 2100mm) is optimized for container transportation, greatly reducing customer logistics costs, and is suitable for machinery manufacturing, petrochemical energy, food and medicine, electronics and mining and other fields.
Customized service to solve industry pain points
In response to the special needs of overseas customers for tank size, pressure and insulation performance, the CNCD R&D team achieves rapid response through modular design. For example, by optimizing the interlayer vacuum degree (≤2Pa) and the ratio of insulation materials, the daily evaporation rate of the tank is controlled within 0.1%, which is 30% higher than the industry average. In addition, the tank is equipped with a double safety valve system to ensure continuous operation when the pressure is abnormal to ensure user safety.
