(1) Ultra-low temperature insulation technology
High vacuum multi-layer insulation (VIP) or vacuum pearled sand insulation is used to ensure extremely low evaporation rate (BOR ≤0.1%/day).
Special support structure avoids the cold bridge effect and reduces heat conduction loss.
(2) High safety design
Double-wall structure: The inner tank is under pressure, the outer tank is protected from leakage, and the full tank can be 100% leak-proof.
Multiple safety protection: Emergency shutoff valve (ESD), safety discharge valve, liquid level exceeding the limit alarm, lightning protection and anti-static system.
Seismic design: Comply with GB 50761 (China Seismic Code) or API 625 (International Standard).
(3) Intelligent monitoring
Equipped with a remote monitoring system (SCADA) to monitor liquid level, pressure, temperature and vacuum in real time.
Optional Internet of Things (IoT) module to realize cloud data management and early warning functions.
(4) Modular customization
Mobile LNG storage tanks (with sled or containerized) can be customized according to your needs.
Supports BOG (evaporative gas) recycling system to improve energy utilization.
