The separation effect of concentration of CO2 is better, and the yield and purity of CO2 are ideal. Therefore, considering all factors comprehensively, this scheme recommends the MEA wet concentration CO2 recovery process.

Considering the concentration of CO2 and the dissolution of impurities in the feedstock gas of the CO2 capture liquefaction unit, 3.0MPaG liquefaction pressure is adopted in the unit.

The desulphurized gas of CO2 capture liquefaction plant still contains trace hydrocarbons, water and other impurities. The non-condensing gases (CO, O2, N2, etc.) can be removed to meet the requirements by the concentrator in the following sequence; Water and components whose boiling point is higher than CO2 are removed by variable temperature and pressure swing adsorption process. The basic principle is that the adsorption capacity of impurity components by adsorbent varies greatly with the difference of pressure and temperature. Under the conditions of adsorbent selection, high pressure adsorption at room temperature, low pressure and high temperature desorption of these impurities, to achieve the purpose of gas purification. The adsorption and purification process consists of three purifiers, a purifier in the adsorption state, a purifier in the heating state, and a purifier in the cold blowing state

CO2 liquefaction unit CO2 liquefaction unit uses ammonia as refrigerant. In the liquefier, liquid ammonia evaporates to gaseous ammonia under low pressure, which provides cold capacity for CO2 liquefaction. The ammonia is returned to the ice machine system for recycling.

After liquefaction, the materials enter the purification tower, and the high-purity liquid CO2 products are obtained in the tower reactor after cooling and directly exported to the liquid CO2 storage tank. The non-condensable gas from the top of the purification tower is recycled by the heat exchanger as the re-gas of the dehydration and drying process, and a small amount of exhaust gas discharged is vented in place or entered the pipe network.

The high temperature gas at the outlet of the compressor is used as the heat source, and there is no need for external heat supply. The cooling capacity of the overhead condenser comes from the cooling capacity generated by the overhead gas decompression flash, without the need for external cooling capacity.
